1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or placing any wager through the sp777 platform (accessible at sp777.co and any associated mobile applications or services, collectively the "Platform"), you ("User", "you", "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility

sp777 reserves the right to request documentary evidence verifying any of the above eligibility requirements at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

3. Account Registration

To access the full functionality of the sp777 Platform, including placing wagers and processing withdrawals, you must register a verified account. During registration, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid government-issued identification details.
• Complete the Know Your Customer ("KYC") identity verification process as required by PAGCOR and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) associated with your sp777 account.
• Notify sp777 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account by contacting our support team.

sp777 reserves the right to verify the identity of any account holder at any time. Accounts found to have been registered with false information will be suspended immediately, and any balances may be forfeited subject to applicable legal requirements.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your sp777 account. sp777 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account credentials where you have failed to maintain their security.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the sp777 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). sp777 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, and USDT cryptocurrency.

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions:

• Minimum Deposit: ₱100 unless otherwise stated in applicable promotional terms.
• Withdrawal Verification: All withdrawals require SMS OTP verification to the registered Philippine mobile number. First-time withdrawals may require additional KYC documentation.
• Processing Times: GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within thirty (30) minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day depending on the receiving institution.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

sp777 offers various promotional bonuses to registered account holders from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of each offer, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits applicable to bonus funds.

General conditions applicable to all sp777 promotions include:

• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Systematic exploitation of promotional offers, including through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated play, constitutes bonus abuse and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.

6. Gameplay Rules

By placing a wager on any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

General gameplay conditions include:

• All bets are final once confirmed. sp777 will not reverse confirmed wagers except in cases of documented technical malfunction attributable to the Platform.
• In the event of a technical failure during a live game session that prevents the determination of an outcome, sp777 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player accounts.
• Slot and non-live casino games operate on certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") systems that have been independently audited for statistical fairness. Live dealer games use physical outcomes streamed in real time.
• Sports betting markets are subject to settlement rules specific to each sport and market type. In-play bets accepted after the occurrence of the relevant event outcome may be voided.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Accessing the sp777 Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited.
• Allowing a person under twenty-one (21) years of age to access the Platform through your account.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the sp777 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, audio, video, and the sp777 brand name and mark — is the intellectual property of sp777 or its licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the sp777 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming activity. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content of the sp777 Platform without prior written authorization from sp777.

9. Privacy & Data

sp777 complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and all implementing rules and regulations thereof. Personal data is collected only to the extent necessary for the provision of the Platform and compliance with applicable regulatory and legal obligations, including PAGCOR reporting requirements and anti-money laundering obligations.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, sp777 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorized use of your account credentials where you have failed to maintain their confidentiality.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to circumstances beyond sp777's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, internet outages, acts of government, or force majeure events.
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, even if sp777 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Losses resulting from your reliance on any information, odds, or statistics displayed on the Platform that prove to be inaccurate due to data provider errors.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit sp777's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

sp777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where sp777 reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other conduct inconsistent with the lawful and responsible operation of the Platform.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the completion of any ongoing investigation.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their sp777 account may do so by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion requests are processed separately and are subject to the conditions described in the Responsible Gaming Policy.

12. Responsible Gaming

If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within thirty (30) days, it shall be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms as applicable to PAGCOR-licensed operators.

For disputes that proceed to formal proceedings, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

14. Amendments to These Terms

sp777 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered account holders via SMS notification to their registered Philippine mobile number and/or a notice displayed upon their next login to the Platform, at least fourteen (14) days prior to the amendments taking effect, unless a shorter notice period is required by applicable regulatory direction from PAGCOR or other competent authority.

Your continued use of the sp777 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting customer support.
